wind deflectors

Hi All,
Anyone know how to get my perspex wind deflectors on the front doors a bit clearer to see through? I have to look under them at roundabouts in case i miss someone. They seem to have micro sratches in them that dull the surface, probably caused by some geezer in japan who wouldnt hand wash his trusty steed, but went to the drive thro instead. If i wash them they appear clearer until they dry out. I wonder if they would polish out ,but what with? Tcut Jif, metal polish or similar abrasive might make things worse. Any ideas?

T-cut should do it, but it's bl**dy hard work - try it on the rear first to make sure there's no problem.

Could also try tooth paste, works wonders on plastic rear screens on soft top sports cars.

I've bought some stuff from Halfords that claims to do stuff like that, but havent got round to using it yet.

Please dont use jif, its abrasive!

Mettalic T-cut should do it, its not as harsh as the traditional red bottle t-cut

Or if you are bone idle like me just use armour-all type trim stuff. I did mine the other day for the same reason and they came up like new with no effort. If you want to do a proper job Renovo convertible window polish is really good.
