remove glove compartment

Hi
Can anyone tell me how to remove the glove compartment (just the comp)?

I want to uterlise the space above ie fit power inverter

Hi Will

Just gently squeeze the plastic in at either side so that the pokey out retaining bit (technical term) clears the dash plastic then it drops out.

I did start to do that but not sure what damage I would do so stopped and thought I no were to ask
