We walked to Sharpness along canal, so passed Purton Graveyard. And where the Severn Railway bridge was, before 2 ships went into it in 1960?? Made the most of the fine weather last week, and stayed at a lovely site in Slimbridge, called Tudor Caravan and Camping site. Spotless facilities and site, with great walking along the Glos-Sharpness canal. Small shop and Cafe nearby. Lovely quiet park.
