Anyone know if I can take a camping trailer behind my bingo. Not sure if it breaks the rules.

I'll be thereagainn, going on Thursday. Silver AFT with a khyam motordome sleeper on the side and solar panel on the roof. Hopefully the weather will stay good again this year.

i fitted a rigid 100W AKT(?) square panel that i got from Ebay, used a single aluminium bar across the roof bar mounting points and then mounted a rubber doorstop from the local hardware store at each corner, they are only 1cm deep but enough to stop the frame of the panel resting on the roof. The guy i spoke to, george @ http://www.bongospares.co.uk/ said don't bother trying to remove the fronts, just replace the hub, he sells them as a complete hub.

I've done the diag trick as per http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=61569&hilit=4w+abs+light to determine why my ABS light is staying on, my light flashes out the code 33 which, according to the link, is "Rear Wheel Sensor" , i've found someone who can supply me a pair ...

i've just bought a khyam motordome sleeper, was reduced from 589 to 419 so i bought a tailored groundsheet as well, brilliant service as well, ordered sunday night, dispatched monday morning and arrived tuesday lunchtime.

Hi - we have a Khyam driveaway awning which we use for longer stays but it might be a little big for a quick one nighter. It served us very well last summer when it was soooo wet. We really needed the space to get all the wet weather stuff dry overnight ready to be soaked again the next day :lol ...

cheers guys, thought i'd be okay but just wanted piece of mind!!! it all seems to be performing okay and the battery is fully charged now so the van is ready to roll should the snow come

LOL, its definitely not.
I don't use a split charger, the solar panel is the only thing to charge the leisure battery. But I guess people do use both so I guess its all cool to run it to the main battery for a while until I split the wire and put a switch In place for topping up the main battery ...

Hi guys, given that its winter and I need to ensure that my van is ready to go all the time, I decided to swap the battery lead over from the leisure battery to the main battery.
