Does anyone know where I can buy an armrest for my bongo..

Can anyone give any advise here.i hava a 2.5 diesel 4 wheel drive,a new cylinder head was fitted last year and its been fine no problems but i have noticed in the past few weeks its sounding like its got noisey tappets,the levels are fine and it had a service last november.has anyone else come ...
