I believe the white one is for cold start and black is for the AC.

2.5 diesel and 1996 4wd. Had since 2008.

They are the ones on the driver's side of the engine. There are 2 together one black and one white.

Can anyone tell me if you need the acuators to be working to start the Bongo? I have tried to start her but she is not having it

Been a Bongo owner for the last 9 years, but here is a silly question. Does the front blower work even if the van is standing still. Or does it only work if you are driving?
