Bongo's lovely office desk alongside me all the time

if you mean the way the bongo - sits around you in the drivers seat - yes I totally agree

I almost leant on the center console and day dream off lol

but I now have captain ...

the plate was a private one - and the v70 lks meant something sentimental - so it didn't come with her - ex owner had it for 6 years and on a t4

for 450 quid I can have v90 lks or 300 quid t30 vks as ...

I have put roof bars on - rails

but no matter how I have a photo - it doesn't do them justice

I will try harder

don't make me start on the captain seats and 2 arm rests per chair

also the middle space to walk into the rear

one good thing about the t5,s - is the styling and interior

the dash layout and configuration has pretty much stayed the same

as mine is a fairly old one 2004 - or newist of the t5 range

it seems they have kept the styling pretty much the same through out the years

well - just updating my progress

so I have whats called angel eyes on my t5

they have 2 rings either side for side light operation

main bulbs are just main etc

so I have a couple of half rings on each ring and pretty bugging

turns ...

Well one week into the t5

happy already with the fuel consumption

worked out I was getting 30 to the gallon just poodling round town

I think I was only getting 20-22 round town in the bongo

ride still feeling smoth - but isn't it funny how you notice squeaks and vibrations after time ...

as the t5 is german

if it lets me down - it will have to be shouted at and told about being efficient etc lol

I used to work for a german company and still have a lot to do with them

no point patting it - lol - you have to be masterfull

I will be like basil and the faulty towers scene with the ...

yes - very true

after taking care of her for 9 years - your bound to feel a little tied to her

I think I will be the same with the t5 - but I think she will need less care and attention etc

when I test drove the bongo with luke - sat around 66-70 mph on the motorway

I kept stating - if you want ...

with messaged luke - hoping the wife likes her as much

yup - she loved her too

to be honest - im pretty envious lol

- but very happy for him

I think she is in good hands

enjoying the t5 already - but I will state - they are 2 different beasts

t5 manual - it is a van - styling is top notch - can feel too roomy and cold - 1.9 diesel turbo - good mpg already but not as responsive as bongo - but im not there for speed and for 100 quid I can chip the t5 to 130 ...

thanks for all the interest in my bongo - but she is now sold - 1st viewer

to a youngish family who will certainly make good use of her

his name is luke - so be gentle with him

he is mechanically minded - so will probably do everything himself

I did state if he did a coolant flush ...

well ebay turned out to be an eye opener

I havnt stopped typing messages

so all looks good at present

I put her up for a couple of hundred dearer than the fury site

I felt there was room to drop etc

if some one from here mentions where they spotted her - I will honour the price

1st come 1st ...
