Engine = V6
Garage did not tell me what the extent of the oversize wear on the cylinder was (and I didn't ask!)
Is the engine stripped at the moment ,ie cylinder heads off ??

Our garage diagnosed excessive wear in the cylinder bore/ piston rings of our engine (year: 2001, mileage 200k) and advised complete replacement as the most cost effective repair. We've been quoted £3,800 for a 'like for like' replacement i.e. a 20 year old, reconditioned Bongo engine that comes ...
