Thanks Muzorewa and Bob. This is a brilliant recommendation. I know of bongo spares of course - how can you not but good to get their reputation confirmed.
Ours isn't anywhere near as bad as that (at least I bloody hope not - been consistently reassured by my garage that the bones of the van are ...

Gonna give Adrian at Japan Direct a call tomorrow (thanks to another thread here for the recommendation). But just putting this here in case anyone else has other tips?
I've finally reached the point where those ominous but ignorable little bumps on our lovely 03 friendee are un-ignorable ...

Re: Should I change tyres?
Thanks, spoke with a specialist garage this morning and that was what he advised too so I've put 215/65 R15 H (96) on all four. He advised against going too high on the weight load (i.e. 100+) as van tyres become harder to balance, etc.

Re: No power in rear socket

I've tried following the wires but it is all hidden in the conversion and I'm not keen on pulling things out until I've ...

Bongos in Japan
Hi all, my first post so sorry if this has already been discussed... We bought our first bongo this weekend just gone. We love it already, first 100 miles home done without a problem! The stereo in the new van is a bit knackered, radio doesn't work. Luckily though, there is a Japanese minidisc stuck ...
