All the CO tests failed . Natural 2nd Idle test engine speed 450-1 500 rpm not checked

actual value 1.69% Fail
Took it to Contract Mechanics bongo in Harbury , also said its only firing on 5 ,oil in cylinder need rockerfella gasget.
After hed cleaned it up said its fine now but ...

MOT Failure (major defects)
exhaust lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside specified limits [8.2.1.2 (c),
Same for the exhaust carbon monoxide content at idle and 2nd fast idle [8.2.1.2(b) ,
says its coming from around injector 3 ,says it needs someone who can get to and diagnose the problem ...
