Re: No electrics working apart from headlights.
Regarding the immobiliser / isolators. Not that I know of or can see. I gather it'll be pretty noticeable if there is something fitted.
Thanks

Re: No electrics working apart from headlights.
Thanks for the reply. I've only visually checked every fuse.
There's 12v at the alternator so gather that's OK.
Where dows the 100a feed into, where would my next point of call be?
I will rest in the fuse box later, to see if it's powered up.
Also been suggested I shall check the earth from ...

No electrics working apart from headlights.
Evening.
Today the following sequence of events have happened. Wether all related I have no idea.
Bongo was taking a good 15 seconds of turning over until it started.
Upon further investigation, Found the thin pipe from injectors was split on end and come off. I gathered this is letting air in and ...

Re: Air conditioning pump
Just plugged in the pump and fired her up.
Blowers blowing nice and cold.
But there seems to be a very loud screatching noise coming from the pump now.
Could this be the belt? It does look old.
Many thanks for your inputs.

Re: Air conditioning pump
Many thanks for the replies.
I have gained access to the air con pump only to find it unplugged. One single cable in a connector, I'll try to add photos. Maybe it's been disconnected for a reason? What will happen if I plug it back in and try it? What if its seized am I likely to damage anything ...

Air conditioning pump
Good morning.
I had my air conditioning regassed yesterday. After testing it, we found that the fan now comes on when the a/c button is pressed, however the pump does not come on.
The garage said it may be a loose wire or worst case the pump will need replacing.
Where is the pump Located and what ...
