Cabin fuse box - empty slots '97 2.5 TD
Anybody know if the unused empty fuse slots on the bottom row of the cabin fuse box are powered and usable and if they are constant on or switched via ignition?

AFT (Roof) Refurb
Anybody had any experience with treating the AFT to restore the look of it? Seems it's gotten faded over the years from UV etc.
Been looking at maybe trying something like Polytrol?

'Grade Identifier'
Hi All,
Anybody have any idea what the various Grades mean? i.e. RFV, RFV-B, RFV-BS and also what the RFV-SP-1,RFV-SP-2 etc 'Limited or Special Edition?' looks like?
Specifically looking at SGL3's

Re: Exhaust gaskets
Thanks for the info Chris,
I would get it matched but it's still in place until the garage looks at it.

I've been unable to source the no1. exhaust gasket directly leading off from the turbo (KL1540305)
Does anybody know if the no2. will do the job? (WL0140305)

12v Instrument Cluster Side/Light Feed
Hi Guys,
Had a good search but couldn't find anything specifically relating to this.
Have bought a bunch of new plasma dials and need a suitable 12v feed that is active when the lights are on, preferably taking it from one of the screws on the cluster pcb, I could see from my research that there ...

Re: Turbo Boost Pressure
Thanks Teenmal,
Getting 0.8 Bar or about 11psi currently.
Perhaps the actuator is getting tired and weak or the intercooler is clogged, although looking at a Bongo friendee replacement third party actuator, it says it comes pre-configured for 0.8 bar opening.

Turbo Boost Hiss
Hi all,
Wondering if anybody has experienced a hissing sound on turbo boost? Happens under load above 2k RPM. Proving very difficult to find!
It's separate to the usual turbo whine which has always been there and is normal.
Had no1 exhaust stud fixed but wasn't that. Would like to find out if ...
