Anyone had their arches replaced in Scotland? If so did they do a good job and how much?

Re: Fantastic Campervans Dairsie
That's great to know. I'll give them a shot when it comes to service time.
Have they done a good job with the underseal?

Re: Are the Diesels supposed to be that noisy??
Yep.
In my case you live and learn then forget and have to live and learn all over again!
I'm generally pretty savvy but got caught off guard with this one.
My awning will have to wait.

Re: Are the Diesels supposed to be that noisy??
Thanks for the input.
Well I got my 'service' bill back from the local garage.
Oil change and filters etc. New brake pads all round and bits and bobs including cleaning up discs and calipers.
Care to hazard a guess how much it cost?

Muirhead (Outside Dundee).
The local garage didn't seem phased by it.
They deal with a lot of vans/commercial vehicles.
Maybe just me.

Re: Are the Diesels supposed to be that noisy??
Cheers.
New to all this Bongo stuff. Took the jump without having driven one before.
I might have to investigate sound proofing it.
Nice tight steering though and great visibility.

Are the Diesels supposed to be that noisy??
Took my diesel 4x4 for its first wee run today after it's first service (delivered Sat from Dan Sath). I realise I'm sitting on the engine but Jings!
Seems to pull OK. Maybe just not used to older vehicles...

I'm up in Muirhead (Just outside Dundee).
They did seem a bit iffy (Dairsie place).
When we were there it took them all their time to actually open the Bongos up.

Has anyone any experience of using these guys for servicing/repairs?
I've been to their place to have a nosey at Bongos but thought they were
Really pricey too. They seem to be the closest dealer to me.
