Re: Tranzwagon Mazda Bongo Compact kitchen - A mini review

Pulling out of T-Junction. I was stopped and waiting to pull out, a small van was indicating to turn left so I pulled out only for him not to turn left! I hit his front wing and my Bongo was hit in the front drivers side. There is a roundabout just up from the junction and I stood later in the day ...

Tranzwagon Mazda Bongo Compact kitchen - A mini review

Hi everybody,

I'm pretty new to this forum and a new club member. I purchased my Bongo two weeks ago today, he is called Bruce and is a 2.5 diesel 2WD Auto AFT. I wanted to come on here to give a little review on the Mazda Bongo Compact end kitchen from Tranzwagon: http://tranzwagon.co.uk/shop ...

Re: Show us yer insides

Hi all

Here is my recently purchased Bongo, it's 1997 2.5 Diesel 2WD, his name is Bruce. Came as a standard Bongo with the rear gulwing seats. Reversed the middle row (and the rails), the kitchen unit is from Tranzwagon http://tranzwagon.co.uk/shop/mazda-bongo-compact/. I will be installing the ...

Re: Mystery inside of roof object

Are you sure? It looks like something clips into it. In the handbook it says to leave the hatch open thus the air escaping so this must be for something else.

Longer sliding rail for seats

Hi all,

I have an early Bongo with the flip up rear seats (3rd row) I'm wondering if I can change the running rails to the longer ones so I can remove the flip up seats and push the middle bench all the way to the back. I'm planning on installing a front conversion and wanting to have only the ...

Having read Torchwood's guide to getting better mpg, I'm interested in fitting larger wheels to our Bongo, but I've got a few questions which I wondered if anyone might be able to enlighten me on?
What's the link to this guide?

Re: Novice fitting a side conversion

Hi Martin and welcome, I think before spending £1200+ on a conversion i would spend a few months running it around stock. Then you can iron out every thing you need(cooker washing up bowl table can be stored under the seats) Go to a few meets and look at other peoples set ups. If you could get to ...

Novice fitting a side conversion

Hi all,

Newbie so Hello to everyone.

I'm buying a Bongo in a couple of week and I'm looking to do a side conversion. I found a flat pack kit online from Convert your van, http://www.convertyourvan.co.uk/bongoprices.html The price is very reasonable and would suit my needs. I am planning to install ...
