Hello all, thanks for the welcoming posts etc. Going to the lakes later this week for a couple of nights.
Took the van out yesterday for a warm up run and the Hold light came on, the engine lost power and I had to coast to a stop on the hard shoulder which is a bit unnerving when you're bombing ...

Haven't been for a while but try Brighouse Bay Park, just south of Kirkudbright on the coast. Shop,Bar,pool etc onsite.
