nip along to your nearest sports direct they are currently knocking out rock pegs £2.50 for 4. I used them on hard core surface and they are excellent

Have you checked the link on the Passenger side ? Solway coast choices for me Kippford or even across to Portpatrick but the disaster zone that is my front garden requires urgent attention (or so I've been threatened) so spade and grape to the fore I'm afraid

Great stuff, surprised you got in as far as the Big Water of Fleet viaduct at Gatehouse station in the snow , it was drifting deep for a wee bit around Easter.

What's the best route from Dumfries, My choice would be the A701 to Beatock / Moffat, M74 to Abington, A702 until you reach the Edinburgh bye pass the A720. Join the A720 and go north / west towards Glasgow untill you reach the very end of the bye pass (ie ignore the Grasgow turn off for the M8). T...
