Hi I still haven't managed to get hold of one of these, apart from the option of buying the whole cluster for £130!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Indicator bulb housing
Hi I can't seem to find this anywhere. My rear passenger side indicator doesn't work, I need a new bulb housing. Does anyone know if I can buy that here or elsewhere - can't see it in the shop?

Re: ZIG CF9 PROBLEMS AGAIN
Thanks for your suggestion g8hde! Yes I think you're right (and hope) that's the problem. I've unscrewed the pole but they are still attached to the DIN - do you know how to remove them without force? Also is there a way of checking if the poles need replacing - there is no wire etc to check as in a...

ZIG CF9 PROBLEMS AGAIN
Evening all! It's been a while since I've posted on here, but unfortunately Ive had new problems with the Zig charger which I can't work out. #-o Zig does not work on hook up - orange ON switch does not light up. It worked fine for 3 weeks touring Spain until we got to Barcelona a few weeks ago wher...

Re: Help please - how to re-attach gear stick knob?
Thanks for the help. As it turned out there is a blue electric cable that runs down the shaft - which is pinched in position, just release it and there is then enough cable to free the gear stick from the shaft which allows access to turn the spring end cap into position - as stated by g8dhe. So gla...

Help please - how to re-attach gear stick knob?
Evening all, I replaced the automatic gear 'shift' stick selector strip (which took soooo long), but had to partly remove the gear knob for better access. The top chrome button (for shifting gears) popped out along with its spring which was a sight I did not expect or enjoy! I now cannot re-attach t...

Seeking advice on upgrading Outwell awning to Airbeam?
We've had the Outwell country road for 3 years and although we are happy with it the appeal of ease of erection of the Airbeam together with less time is a bit of a no brainer. We like the size of the country road - but the Vango's Airbeams (seem like the best air frames) have 2 sizes - larger (sape...

Re: Driving in France - list of our findings at Brittany
Thanks for the extensive list and thanks to all who have given much info on planning our trip to Brittany last Sept which turned out ace, and Cornwall for a few days on return was really good. Just wanted to share some of our findings in Brittany: Didn't need any of the stuff listed for driving in F...

Re: Air con only works on extreme temps
Sorry for poor description. I have the digital type control. and yes I meant the climate control system - only cold on coldest setting (can't leave on for long as too cold so regularly switching on and off) and only real warmth when on max heat. This system works, it's just a bit of a pain with inte...

Air con only works on extreme temps
I've read the fact sheets and forum topics but haven't seen anyone else have a similar problem. My air con works fine on extreme cold and hot - with differing fan speeds, but other temp settings just blows in outside air temp, but different fan speeds work. Any ideas how to sort it. I haven't cleane...

Re: Zig CF9 / RCD problem
I wired an On/Off switch with an LED in it in the main feed to the fridge. Easy reminder to see at a glance if it's on. It fitted nicely in the space to the left of the Zig unit. http://i861.photobucket.com/albums/ab173/briwy/P1200904small.jpg
Thanks for the pic - interesting your ...

Re: Zig CF9 / RCD problem
Thanks again for the help Simon - so it's ok then? Must confess I don't really understand what is or how to put a split charge relay in.Simon Jones wrote:If you leave Zig on Touring position then it will just connect both batteries in parallel so they both charge (& discharge) together.
