Here I still am playing with my dongle.
Weather too ruddy hot to sort out the van.
Lots of happy, sleepy peeps packing away.
Thanks again for a great weekend.

As newcomer to the Bongo fold,I really enjoyed my first Bongo Bash. Spectacular sight seeing so many together at once.
I christened the AFT, nice sleeping quarters.
I've slept out in my Bongo 3 times since I've owned it, and every time it's rained, but it was sunny and dry to decamp. which was good
Thanks to everyone, I certainly intend attending in the future

Thanks to Ian and the team.

Re: A Big Thanks...
As newbies to BF and to the Bash we thought there could have been a little bit more information about what was on and where. I still have no idea when the auction was, although I assume it was in the marquee, and I have no idea when or where the Bongonaut of the Year award was presented? We chatted to a few people that were pitched near us but I think perhaps the bash is the wrong place to get to know people because of the fact that there are just so many people there. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely book again but we are hoping to get to know a few more people at some of the smaller meets so that we can perhaps feel a bit more part of the rally. There did also seem to be a significant number of ignorant people that don't say hello or Good Morning when you speak to them in passing. It was really great to see so many Bongos together in one place and the campsite is in a lovely location.

Hi
I agree its a big place to meet up with people maybe we should encourage the forum the name signs a bit more. However, a lot of people at the bash are not on the forum though.
The Auction and AGM were all fully detailed in the info pack that Ian sent out though.
Sorry I didn't get to meet you.

Thanks for that. I obviously didn't read it carefully enough!dobby wrote:The Auction and AGM were all fully detailed in the info pack that Ian sent out though.

I'm sure that one year there was a notice board with all the events on it near reception. I didn't look for it this year though.
