No I wasn't at the big bash, had to give it a miss as June is waiting for an opp on her foot. Will be at Harry's birthday bash and Tan Hill but these hardly compensate. Oh well there is always next year.

Re: who travelled the furthest?
According to http://www.mappy.co.uk which I used for selecting the best route I travelled 278km door to door.
My van showed nearer to 300km (296km to be precice) but I did do a couple of small and accidental diversions. On my own with no proper map or satnav.
Mappy estimated time for my journey was 3hr 17min and I did it in just over 3hrs 30min
So what's my distance in miles? I'm too knacked to be bothered.

What about the lady owner and her mother, sorry don't know their names, who came down from near Aberdeen?
I think someone said it took them 12 hours or something.

I would guess that depends on how much of that was in the Bongo, even though it doesn't actually say so..............................
