A lot of those items above are operated by the vacuum system, maybe there is a leak in the vacuum system which could include the vacuum pipe to the exhaust valve causing a lack of vacuum? Try this search search.php?keywords=vacuum+system+exhaust

Re: The Mystery Switch?
Yes 13-540 is the valve itself the rest is the connection and control from the vacuum system which operates it. You need to seal the vacuum tube when its removed otherwise your other vacuum operated controls will be affected!

The door frames sizes haven't changed, nor the basic chassis, its only the Aero and skirt detailing that has altered over the years, if necessary check the item code numbers for the parts over the years.

Most R&R beds are custom made by individual firms, you would need to identify the specific part or the model of R&R bed to be able to locate spares.

They are all tending to be old these days and cracking, its not helped that they don't appear to have a part number on the mechanical diagrams that I can find! There are some on eBay but not totally certain about them here is one advert https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380474612496

Re: The Mystery Switch?
Its the engine fast heating button, used in Northern Japan, it forces the exhaust gasses back around the engine to get it hot quicker by closing a valve in the exhaust. In the UK they are immediately stripped out as they are fully exposed under the vehicle and handle the hot exhaust gases hence they...

I have this list of likely sources; These companies do a range of spares, not all will have everything so try them all; For smaller parts its probably best to ring companies as not all the smaller parts make it on to the web sites! Re: Heater Linkage passenger side
No the servo drives the link directly nothing else involved at the mechanical level. Is the servo making any noises as you adjust the temperature ? If not then it might be faulty itself or the the control module could be faulty. If it does make a small noise then likely the servo itself needs repair...

Yes it seems highly variable at the moment :-( I'm just coming up on my renewal and can see its going to be a frustrating few days ringing around trying to get a sensible figure. I've always liked Adrian Flux as they also do an "Agreed Value" insurance for a sensible price which means that...

It sounds like stalled motors, normally caused by corrosion products after a winter not used. The circuits from which you can estimate voltages on other pins are all online but need a browser that uses Flash see here both for links and previews (low res.) on the page https://igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/fo...

Re: Central locking confusion
Sounds like you have an alarm/remote fob system fitted as well ? It will be the this system triggering the central locking unit to close all the doors. The key lock/unlock sends a signal to the central locking unit when the key is turned on the drivers door, this signal triggers the central locking ...

Have you read the Manual ? Links above. The Source switch is either; CAR (Starter battery under bonnet of car) or CARAVAN (Leisure battery where ever it is fitted) but be aware if the TOWING switch is operated then charging from EHU doesn't happen when towing you can't have EHU cable running down th...

Re: V6 stalls when warm, no spark
There isn't a lot of info on the sensor, my guess is it would be a solenoid or a semiconductor for detecting a magnet on the rotor, but there are other methods possible but the diagrams just treat it as a module top right below, it appears to have +12v (A), Earth (B) and the output lead going to the...
