ABS

Hi, can anybody help? ABS light comes on then goes off after a couple of seconds, this happens intermittently whatever the lengh of journey, also noticed the speedo and rev counter needle bounce as the light flashes.

Chances are it's a sensor... Take a look at this post.

Thanks Ozric, will check sensors, but have now noticed if light flashes during braking the ABS kicks in, now wondering if it has a control unit and if so where is it.

Hi
My abs started kicking in under normal braking and the light coming on. Turned to to be the wire to one of the sensors was rubbing on the wheel. Taped it up and no problems since
