TOPPING UP ENGINE OIL FROM WITHIN THE CAB

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF ACCESS TO THE ENGINE CAN BE MADE FROM WITHIN THE CAB ..ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. IF SO, HOW DOES ONE ADJUST OR REMOVE THE PASSENGER SEAT. REASON FOR MY QUERY........I WISH TO CHECK OR TOP UP THE OIL. I DO NOT WISH TO MAKE ACCESS FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE. THANK YOU IN ANTICIPATION.

The oil filler is at 10 o'clock from the dipstick.

I've done a video for topping the oil up. Mine was a bit low and I video anything I do now.
I didn't post it because I wasn't sure if I'd done it belt and braces.
So the question is...
After I pour some oil in can I leave it for a moment and check the dipstick or should I run the engine for a short time before checking it?

Just leave it for a few seconds, so that it can drain into the sump, then check it again.
