Bongo Fury

Will the dashboard instrument cluster from a 2.5 litre petrol engine function correctly in a 2.0 litre petrol version.
I am aware the redline setting on the tachometer is a different setting, but will the instruments work and give correct readings?
Can’t find any info on searching the database.

Very likely, there are some minor variations over the years but I'm not aware that they alter the electrical connections at all. But its not something that has often been reported on!
