V6 Misfire on cylinder 2

Hi all
My V6 lpg convert is intermittently is dropping cylinder 2, starts fine then misfires.
What I have done so far:
checked leads - good (cross checked with old ones)
changed the spark plug with new/and plug 4
getting a good spark when removed and touching ground
replaced injectors with good cylinder injector
replaced injector rail
new rotor and dizzy cap (checked all connections to be good)
cylinder 2 compression test at 175psi
new o2 sensor
replaced injector 2 cable from ecu avoiding the connector block giving me 12v
pulled the fuse and disconnected the lpg from battery, still drops after a min or so
it is over fueling to the point its weeping out of the exhaust manifold
I've spent considerable time trawling this great forum, running down many rabbit holes.
A mechanic friend has suggested pulling the fuses on the ecu, has anyone else suggestions?
I thank you for staying to the end on this
Based in Northern Ireland and have little or no garages with experience on bongos
