What is this/are these??

I want to fit a leisure battery under the bonnet of my 2004 2l petrol bongo but I need a smidge more length to get the battery I want. What are these thingy’s and can I re locate them? Cheers.

They are relays for switching the power to variety of things, the number of relays varies depending what options are built in;
I'm far from sure that the wiring loom will allow you to move the relays very far at all let alone the mounting clip.
