Interior lighting/ trim

Post by driward » Sat Nov 11, 2023 10:48 am

Hi all

Anyone got any advice or tips on how to remove the interior light and trim above windscreen without doing too much damage? I want to add an additional rear interior light to the same circuit. Thanks

It has a sprung clamp each side to ensure it centres in the gap. Push hard to one side then pull down the side your pushing on, out will pop the entire light holder.

Thanks for this…once again! I don’t think I’d have worked this out by myself and would have ended up causing damage as usual by aggressive fiddling with whatever totally unsuitable tool came to hand!
