2025 Meetings (Proposed)
Please note that the club will not be organising meetings beyond 2024. However, we can support club members who want to organise meetings in 2025 and beyond, just get in touch. The following meetings have had organisers appointed and revised booking arrangements will apply.

Bongo Fest South West for 2024 is now confirmed. Thursday 12th September for 3 nights at the Isle of Avalon site in Glastonbury.

See you there!

Nice site, easy walk into town, and the Tor not too far away.

Good to see the meets continue.

Hi all

I've just updated my calendar but it's a shame that a BF meet is being organised by 'others' for 25- 29 September 2025. We always use the last weekend of September for the Eastnor Deer Park meet. I suppose, we would always use the week before in that year!

15 to 19 August Welsh Bash in Pembokeshire (NOW BOOKING)

This will be held at Pencarnan Farm near St Davids. This is in peak season and therefore has premium rates; we have been unable to negotiate a discount. Pitches with electric hook ups are very limited. You should book yourself in via their website at https://pencarnanfarm.co.uk/. When booking you should choose “Motorhome or Campervan Pitch” and select dates 15 to 19 August. You must book all 4 nights. Pitches with electric hook ups (3 amp or 16 amp) can be found further down the booking page. Please note that Ian from Bongo Fury Mission Control will not be at this meeting.

No I didn't Geoff. The 2025 September dates are 25 - 29 September at Looe.
