Bongo Fury

For a while now my Bongo has had a strange whine noise. It only happens when it's cold on first start. The first few times you put the revs down it develops this strange whine noise.

I've recently changed both the drive belts and alternator (after the alternator failed). Anyone had anything similar? It's a 2001 2.0L.

suggest due to cold temperatures and transmission fluid flow rate is much slower....if it is momentary when setting off. Check fluid level and colour.
