We have 60 electric hook ups available although some of these have been reserved for organisers, volunteers and traders. They will go on sale on Thursday 2nd March at 9.30am. You must book a minimum of 3 nights. The cost is £24 per pitch per night and the price includes admission to Friday and Saturday night entertainment in the marquee.

Bookings are by telephone only on 0114-2550836. We can not take bookings by any other method and places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Note that there is only me in the office now so if you can't get through try again later.

Full payment is taken in advance but may not be processed immediately. Please have your membership number, vehicle registration and credit/debit card details when phoning.

That was a busy Thursday morning. We still have 15 electric pitches left and booking will restart on Monday.

All hook ups are now sold and a waiting list is in operation.
