Bongo Fury

I'm selling my Bongo and naturally, websites are asking for the mileage. I have posted the mileage shown on the MOT certificates (145000miles). However, the counter is really showing km (this wasn't addressed on import when the milometer was adapted). We were told this on purchase and we know this is true because if I drive 5km the clock goes up 3 miles. This puts the actual mileage at about 90,00 - a big difference. How do I communicate this in adverts? I feel like in the headline I have to put what is on the MOT certificate, but is it OK to put this in the body of the ad?

I have exactly that, we all do, as it's a grey import.

Get it corrected at the MOT station if they ever try to issue a certificate with miles instead of Km - I did this only last week and the MOT inspector was great and corrected it straight away.

In the millage section just put NaN , owing to the fact (as someone said) these are grey imported vehicles and the millage /KM (distance the vehicle has travelled) cannot be guaranteed.

When we bought ours the dealer had listed what was on the clock as miles. I was delighted driving home to note it was KMs and it had done less miles than stated.

Edit: Just noticed I joined the forum nearly five years ago. In that time our Bongo has been my daily runner and been virtually trouble free. Not bad for a twenty year old motor.
