My Bongo door locks would only turn in one direction and the central locking wouldn't operate. Inside the door I disconnected the rod from the door lock and found the key correctly turns the lock in both directions.
The rod appears to be prevented from travelling in one direction. With this rod disconnected the central locking now works correctly on all four doors. Can anyone explain what could be jamming this rod?
I’d like to get the locking working on the key in case the fob breaks.
Cheers everyone

Yeah I’ve got the diagram already. When assembled as it should be the key doesn’t turn.

Re: Cobra central locking
Can you work out which of the rods is jamming it ? There is the inner door lever and the lock button they should be get at-able ?
Re: Cobra central locking
It’s the lever/rod from the key barrel which moves when you turn the key. That rod is fouling on the vertical rod. Nothing looks bent or damaged.

Re: Cobra central locking
Is the vertical rod the one to the solenoid that the Cobra key fob operates ? In which case it sounds like the solenoid has a problem perhaps ?
