Report Back From 2022 AGM

The AGM was held at Stourport on Sunday 26th June.

1. The total attending the Bongo Bash was 158 vehicles and their occupants.
2. Ian thanked all the volunteers for their hard work, especially Dave Lewis for the sound and lighting for the evening entertainment.
3. At 31 March 2022 the club had a deficit of £881.04 but as membership fees were increased we should be back to break even by the end of the financial year.
4. In total we raised £358 for this year's nominated charirt, Midlands Air Ambulance.
5. Bongonaut of the year was awrded to Richard Dass for humanitarian aid work in Ukraine.
6. There was a discussion about future meetings. The meetings at Stouport (June 23) and Looe (September 23) have been confirmed but other locations are provisional. Ian will contact Wallingford, St Davids and Market Rasen. Stuart Coates will investigate venue/dates for the Tough Northerners meeting. The Scotland Facebook Group will look at venues for the Scottish Bash.
7. Club membership remains stable at just under 2,000 members.

The meeting concluded at 12.50 and everyone went for a lie down.
