Dont suppose anyone knows what size the 3 or more bolts are that hold the turbo heat shield on are?

If you are referring to the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts M6X12, is it not possible to remove one and measure just to make sure they have not been modified.

Yes, exhaust manifold/turbo cover, thats the one. I've ordered a replacement one as the van we've not long had was missing it and the spare part doesn't come with any bolts.
