2.5TD '99 fuel pump - nothing adds up ..

Soo.... Am attempting to replace diesel pump seals off the vehicle.
Been following all the guidance on here and so far absolutely nothing as tallied with my set up.
I've got to the point where I'm about to separate pump from pulley but I have 6 bolts to choose from.
I want to be sure that I don't screw up the timing and the pulley stays in place
The pump is held by two bolts to the rear ( not one as instructions) if I remove the two 10mm headed bolts on the pulley, should I also remove the dome head centre nut?
I planned 2 days for this - one more day to go!
