Potentially scrapping Bongo

Post by Wibbly » Sun Apr 03, 2022 12:34 pm

So my Bongo failed it's MOT with sill corrosion problems mainly. Not sure I can afford to get it fixed up, so looking at options. I'm not interested in breaking it for individual parts, so perhaps looking to sell it as-is.

1. Do the firms listed in the breaking section tend to pay for vehicles or just offer to "take them off your hands"
2. Where would be the best place to sell it to someone keen to take it on as a "project"?

Bad luck. :(

It might be worth getting a price for the work and sell with an MoT, otherwise you'd need to call the breakers and see what they offer.

Selling 'as is', Members' ads on here or flea bay?
