Wiper Blade Replacement

Greetings everyone. Apologies in advance, I'm sure this question must have been asked before, but I can't find it anywhere.
How do you replace the blades on a 96 Bongo? I can't find an obvious catch to lift or anything. If anyone could write a step by step guide I'd be eternally grateful. Many thanks.
