How to change a throttle position sensor

Hi Everyone, new to site (not a regular IT user) but not new to Bongos. We have a gearbox issue which I think is related to the TPS. Any advice, help, instructions, diagrams or other info on changing the TPS would ve VERY VERY much appreciated. 2.5 Auto 1997 2WD
