Reverse light switch location

Merry Christmas guys!
Well telly rubbish as usual so thought I would give this a go before I roll around in the cold!!
Looking for help in locating the reversing light switch on the gearbox of our N reg 2.5 td bongo. MOT due in a few weeks and currently there are no reversing lights. Any help or even better images would be great.

The reversing light switch is P&P of the Inhibitor switch on the side of the gear box, The reversing light switch is P&P of the Inhibitor switch on the side of the gear box, reversing lights are not part of the MOT test.

Reversing light is selected by the gear selector switch, other than on the Manual gearbox.

If it's difficult to access it may be worth just fitting a new switch/tell tale on the dash somewhere.

Thanks for the info guys, its my mothers bongo so she will want the lights working, I will see what changing it involves and decide on the best way forward after that (probably when its a bit warmer and dryer!!

Have you checked the lamp itself first ? Then see if there is power on the feed if so check the earth connection.
