Where best to buy internal grab rail?

I've had a look online and can't seem to find one. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place ..? I could then find someone to fit it locally.
I'm thinking of a longish vertical rail just to the right of the bongo entrance door.

Screwfix,Toolstation,Amazon etc etc.if you go to Google and type in Grab Rail your sorted.

I do like the New Dawn one with the little fittings to take an umbrella or walking stick.
