Informing DVLA of fuel change

Hi, My new purchase Friendee was originally duel fuel petrol/LPG. The LPG fuel tank has been removed I seem to recall as past it's best. Should I inform the DVLA of change of fuel (if I can find a receipt in the paperwork provided)? Thanks Anne
