Bongo Fury

Hi,

I'm looking for guidance on course of action regarding the two attached photos.
Leak3 is a close up and leak4 shows two fine jets of coolant.
Is this the oil cooler, and is this fixable? If so what parts etc do I need?

The thin hose going from right to left with the silver heat shield on it is a turbo coolant hose, check the pipe and clips carefully.
