E10 Petrol and the Bongo?

I was aware of E5 petrol and it having 5% ethanol, been on the Continent and seen the E10 variety (and the diesel variants); read today that the Government are pushing for E10 to be mainstream here, there seems acknowledgement that there will be provision for E5 as well but I am wondering for how long; apparently a million cars in the UK are non-compliant (5 of my cars are non-compliant in that total, so beginning to worry much more). In France the premium fuels do not have 10% Ethanol so I am guessing that to keep running a non-compliant vehicle a premium petrol could or would need to be used here soon if 95 RON fuel switched to E10 only?
Is the Bongo E10 compliant? Cannot find the data, found that all Mazda are compliant from 2002+ with a caveat that a certain 626 was not but nothing specifically for the FE or V6 engine?
Are the days of 'classic' motoring being severely curtailed, I guess so.
