We're booked Tues 22 to Mon 28. :D

Note that at the time of writing the Prince of Wales (where we normally eat on the Saturday) is not doing food. :(

Obviously this may change, but don't rely on getting a meal there.

Phoned Eastnor about 24-28th September.
They said fine, just come along and pay when there
So see you there
Trish
Both I and Bob would prefer if you booked and paid Online as everyone else is doing that. This keeps it simple for the Castle staff and us.

Can you do that?

Otherwise, yes, as an exception that will be OK.

Hi
When I spoke to them, they didn’t seem to want booking or money.
She did sound a bit vague

If you book on line you'll be given a code for the gate, you'll happen not get in without it.

Hi Jilly
I sent an email to Eastnor.
Their reply was add to list and let them know.

So confused as to where sort etc. As different instructions.

Thanks
Trish

Hi Trish

There is no list.

Best to use their on line booking form, pay by card, and you will get confirmation and gate code.

Thanks :)

As this is quite a large group we will need to be careful about pitching at least 6m/20' apart, and outdoor meetings are limited to 30 people.

There's plenty of room to spread out so let's not crowd each other. 👍

Looks like we may have to form seperate groups when we socialise.🙂

As Bob said, plus I suggest we form our own bubbles of 6 people. There will be no central firepit or gathering this year. Pub (Prince of Wales) not doing food and too small for a large group.

Walks will be informal and if you want to follow us into Ledbury ... leave a gap!

Just a few from the non meet at Eastnor. 23 units in all. All socially-distancing. It all worked very well.
