Hello all
Just a word of caution re jacking up your bongo.
Recently I undertook the task of re-storing my diamond cut fox alloy wheels, which fortunately turned out very well. However in the process of jacking up the front for the driver side I jacked up, using my trolley jack under the front cross member, as there was easier access, all appeared fine untill once lowered, I jumped in to reverse the van and noticed a crack in the centre of the screen approximately 8 inches long.
Whilst I cannot say without doubt this caused the crack I don't recall seeing it prior to my wheel restoration project.
Lesson learned for me I feel, in that in future I will Jack up using the chassis next to the official jacking point.

Oh crikey, bad luck. :(

I've a feeling the front suspension is the prefered place for sending the pointy end skywards on a trolley jack, but others will offer suggestions with luck.
