Gone quiet

Talk about non-Bongo stuff. BUT KEEP IT CLEAN....there are children watching. Smut, filth, and anything offensive will not be tolerated and removed immediately.

Gone quiet

Gosh! I start a new job and don't have time to log on for a week and this place is like a morgue - well not really but you know what I mean!

Could you ask for a BF Break, a bit like smokers get extra time out?

See, I'm still here. 8)

Hello
I suspect that like the boys ,and me , lots are here a number of times a day to have a look , even if they don't post , so I'd not take that as a quiet forum , can't comment about book face etc as I'm not a member .
I'm only a member of a very limited no of other forums (2) and they are mx5 related .....also slow and quiet ........... But the knowledge and quality on the forums , BF included. Is FIRST RATE !
That's our USP
I hope that people don't post less , look less , answer less to this great site as its one of the main reasons I got into our bus :D :

Yes well put Brian.
I’m the same, i look in every day & read all the posts. I’ve gained a huge amount of knowledge about the Bongo from here, but seldom post as there are far better ‘qualified’ people on here to answer most questions!
I’m sure there are lots of other quiet people in the background learning from the knowledge base on here as well. So do please keep posting :D

I too, read far more here than I post, mostly because I don't have much to add.

I read a couple of the more popular Bongo FB groups as well, but with Facebook (all of it!) I find myself picking through lots of chaff to find the wheat. FB is much more instant than forums (fora?), but it is very in-your-face and that will suit some more than others.

This is a great site full of friendly and knowledgeable members, and I'm sure I'm not alone in being grateful for that.

I am still around Jilly...I look in regularly but look for the most recent posts and I agree that this is a quiet forum compared to what it used to be... :(

If you look at my number of posts compared with being around for 13 yrs you will see that I don't post much...only if I have something useful to offer....not very often...

I also like to keep a check on Bill & Ben and their weed...

See you around somewhere

Alan! Back in your cage - NOW!

But seriously, as Alan has more or less said, there comes a time when even the most OCD posters start to run out of things to say. But Bongo Fury is still the most useful place to deposit pearls of wisdom about everything Bongo, if you have any hope for others being able to find and use them later

Bennnnnnnnnnn! Where are you? Weed is waiting for you to light her fire.
