Putting the engine back together

Hi all,
Been a lurker on the site for a bit, some great information and community you've got here.
I bought a bongo last year as a long term project (over heating) I've changed radiator, waterpump, thermostat, water pipes and now the cylinder head. As Ive been doing this every other weekend, ive hit a wall.. I've forgotten in which order to install everything
so far I've got my alternator back on and my timing belt pulleys, need to get the belts on.
Does anyone know of a guide on which order everything should be removed to take cylinder head off? (will just go in reverse) any help would be greatly appreciated
