Bongo Fury

Hello all
I have a 95 TD ATF bus with manual blinds and have an opportunity to get a full set of electric blinds from a breaker 98 tin top .
I was wondering how big a job this would be , I don't mind doing the removal and refitting bit but was really wondering if the bus would be pre wired for this as I think I have wires going to the back of the switch blanks where the buttons in the cab would be .
Really what I'd like is for this to be plug and play !

Rh side of van has wiring in place, lh side needs a different harness which plugs in under the dash.
I've got all the stuff but never got around to fitting and don't think I ever will.

Ya I thought that there was at least some of the wiring in place .
The next time I get to the breaker van I might have a better look see

It's hardly worth the aggro except for showing off to children.

In reality the only one that needs to be up, if there is nobody in the back while traveling, is the one in the sliding door so you can see out at difficult junctions. My offside ones are always down, with insulated foam panels and various other blackout accessories stored behind them, likewise the rear nearside. I keep meaning to take that one out of circuit so the left switch only works the door blind.I never touch the right switch.

If there are rear passengers, well, they can work them manually and are less likely to constantly play around with them if they aren't electric!

As the only rear passengers I ever have are there on sufferance I figure they can live without looking out. I've got a 'Pink Floyd Back Catalogue' mural for them to look at, in the offside window frame behind the driver's seat, and that is staying there.
