Bongo Fury

Have some factory fitted tinted windows looking to install but having probs removing old windows. I can’t get at the screw because of the black plastic cover. Looks like it has a couple of metal pins holding it in but just can’t remove them and don’t want to split it.
Any help or suggestions welcome to get those off without damage welcome.
