Lost: wheel trim centre disc

Missing item is 5.5" diameter centre disc for Bongo front wheel trim. Any advice re replacement? Thanks. Leo. ("Bongoleo" no.622).
take a pic of it then send it to these guys, they may have something. they are hard to get though.
