Bongo Fury

Has anyone found out whether there is a ABS wheel sensor from another car (perhaps an MX5, for example) that will fit the Bongo ?
Obviously, cable length, brackets and connectors will be different, but easy enough to rewire as needed.
Find it hard to believe that Mazda created a unique sensor, just for the Bongo.
